This service combines my signature Restorative Massage while incorporating MLD. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which helps remove waste products and excess fluid from tissues. It is beneficial for conditions like swelling, pain, cellulite, and for overall health and immune function.

REIKI SESSIONS
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful, non-invasive healing practice that works with the body's natural energy systems to promote balance, relaxation, and well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki involves the channeling of universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to support and offer a quiet invitation for the recipient's own healing process. Reiki can be done in-person or in a distant session.
What to Expect During an In-Person Reiki Session:
During a Reiki treatment, you'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table in a peaceful setting. I will place my hands lightly on or just above various point of your body, allowing energy to flow where it's most needed. Most clients experience deep relaxation, a sense of warmth or tingling, and an overall feeling of peace and clarity. Each session is unique and is guided by your energy while being supported by a grounded, compassionate presence.
What to Expect in a Reiki/Massage Combo Session:
In each session, I combine Reiki with my signature Restorative Massage and intuitive guidance to create a personalized healing experience unique to you – guided by what your body and energy are ready to release and receive. Clients often describe sensations of warmth, calm, clarity, emotional clearing, or simply a quiet sense of being held. No two sessions are exactly
alike – each is guided by your energy and supported by a grounded, compassionate presence.

Distant Reiki Sessions:
Reiki is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. Though invisible, its presence is a as real as the
wind – we may not see it, but we feel it. Just as the wind stirs the trees and brushes our skin, Reiki moves gently through and around us, reaching both our energetic and physical bodies – no matter the distance.
Distant Reiki makes it possible to receive healing without being physically present. Energy flows where intention goes. During these sessions, I tune into your body's unique energy with the guidance of Reiki and my intuitive abilities, creating a space for release, alignment, and renewal. Many clients report a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional release – often accompanied by improved sleep, sparks of inspiration, and reduced physical discomfort. As with all of my other Reiki treatments, each session is guided by your energy and supported by a grounded, compassionate presence.
