This service combines my signature Restorative Massage while incorporating Manual lymphatic drainage. MLD is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which helps remove waste products and excess fluid from tissues. It is beneficial for conditions like swelling, pain, cellulite, and for overall health and immune function.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful, non-invasive healing practice that works with the body's natural energy systems to promote balance, relaxation, and well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki involves the channeling of universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to support and offer a quiet invitation for the recipient's own healing process. Reiki can be done in-person or in a distant session.
